Vern Riffe Tower

In addition to offering more than 1,000,000 sf of office and public gathering space, this 32-story high-rise building features two levels of underground parking and an adjacent 400-car parking garage, an 800-seat multi-purpose theater and two smaller performing arts theaters, a rooftop restaurant, and large public atrium accented by an iconic clock tower.

Situated atop a concrete mat foundation the building’s structural steel frame is covered by precast and granite panels. Inside, the first five levels feature walls and floors of Travertine marble imported from Italy. Twenty elevators and 14 escalators move people throughout the facility which houses the Governor’s office and several other state agencies.
