The scope of this project included the addition of five new gates to the airport’s existing C Concourse. Smoot Construction provided construction management services for this 69,000 square-foot addition that consists of a structural steel frame, exterior precast concrete panels, metal wall panels and a curtain wall. The project also included four new jet bridges, extensive baggage conveyor rework and a substantial amount of tenant renovation.
