Hillsboro K-5 School

This project entailed the construction of a new 93,500 square-foot, single-story K-5 school building, with a masonry and stucco exterior, and built-up asphalt and standing seam roofing. Interior finishes include painted block and drywall walls, carpet and VCT flooring, and acoustical ceilings. The facility contains 27 classrooms with a total capacity of 500 students, and incorporates a media center, gymnasium, stage, two cafeterias, a kitchen, and a courtyard and playground areas.
