Groveport Madison High School

This project involves the construction of a 230,000 square-foot High School to house the 9-12 student population with a projected enrollment of more than 1400 students. The new building shall achieve or exceed LEED Silver certification and comply with the latest version of the Ohio School Design Manual (OSDM).

The new High School will be located on the same parcel, south of the existing High School. The existing High School will remain open until completion of the new building.

Implementing our uncompromisable safety plan, Smoot Construction’s objective is to separate our abatement and demolition work of the existing High School from the day-to-day operations of the new High School ensuring that the adjacency of the buildings will not affect the security and safety of the students and staff.
