Renovation and conversion of a one story office space to a 9,600-square-foot retail and swimming pool facility. The work entails interior demolition, construction of new partition / demising walls, millwork installation, mechanical installation, and minor exterior work. The “wet side” will consist of a new indoor 2,190-square-foot, 61,725-gallon swimming pool and shower facilities. The “dry side” will be comprised of changing huts, restrooms, retail space, staff offices, as well as a viewing area for the new pool.
