Goldfish Swim School – Dublin

Renovation and conversion of a one story office space to a 8,450 square foot retail and swimming pool facility. The work consisted of interior demolition, construction of new partition / demising walls, millwork installation, and installation of mechanical and viewing spaces for the indoor 2,100-square-foot, 60,000-gallon new swimming pool, as well as minor exterior work.
