Situated on a brownfield site which was formerly home to an automobile parts manufacturer, this 400,000 square foot facility has become an entertainment destination for people throughout Ohio and the Midwest. The casino’s main gaming floor accommodates 3,000 slot machines and 70 table games. Other amenities include a Poker Room with 30 tables, and several dining venues including an Epic Buffet and Final Cut Steakhouse.

The scope of this project included the construction of a cast-in-place, post-tension five-level parking garage with a capacity of 2,300 vehicles, surface parking for approximately 4,000 vehicles, dedicated parking for charter buses, and extensive landscaping and hardscape.
