Arena Grand Theatre

Located in the heart of the City’s vibrant Arena District, this 12,000 square-foot cinema offers eight screens with three seating levels; main, club and balcony.

The theatre complex features bar and concession areas, a THX digital sound system, special lighting systems, two elevators and an attached parking structure. High level finishes include venetian plaster, terrazzo floors and intricate millwork.

The successful collaboration of the entire project team (Smoot Construction, Heinlein Schrock Architects and Nationwide Realty Investments) resulted in the completion of this fast tract project within a nine month period.
