Allisonville Elementary School – 2 Contracts

This project involves the additions and renovations to the 78,436 sf Allisonville Elementary School, for its 650 – 725 students to better adapt the building to the district’s Educational Specifications and Facility Standards. Exterior improvements included site paving, sanitary sewer force main and a new lift station. 

This project was delivered through the CMc Team of Washington Township, CSO Architects and Smoot Construction. The project went through the preconstruction and procurement process at the height of the economy and one of the most challenging construction markets in history. 

Smoot was also awarded Contract II for the 2020 Referendum for additional renovations and additions to Allisonville Elementary School. The scope included new parking lots, casework, kitchen renovations and a classroom addition.
