Africentric Academy

Located on a 52-acre site, this new expansive two-story, pre-collegiate Pre-K-12 academic facility houses 22 elementary school classrooms, 10 middle school classrooms and 12 high school classrooms. Included in the high school portion of the campus is a 5,800 sf auditorium. 

The school accommodates the district’s largest indoor sports venue, a more than 2,000 seat fieldhouse containing four locker rooms; a weight room and a 94 ft basketball court 10 feet longer than most high school courts. The fieldhouse is coupled with the football stadium complex and stands independent of the school on the campus. The football complex, surrounded by a 400 meter running track, is designed to hold 1,500 home spectators and 500 visitors.
