This project involves major renovations to the University’s 187,000 square-foot Creative Arts Center and the construction of a new addition.
The structure is actually three separate buildings that are connected on the ground floor and basement. The updated facility will house the Theater, Dance, Motion Picture, Music and Arts Departments. The scope includes
renovating the TV Center production studios, multi-purpose high technology studios/classrooms, motion picture studio upgrades, dance studios and modernized infrastructure updates.
The 25,000 square-foot addition allows for collaboration between the multi-faceted departments and will provide an iconic space for the University’s highly revered arts programs.
