The 800,000-sf project broke ground in 2018 and expected to be completed in 2022 on the Community Justice Campus located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The scope of work is compiled of a 3,000-bed Adult Detention Center, a 3-story Sheriff’s Administration Office, and a 11-story Courthouse that are all being built at the same time. The new Justice Facility has an approximate 450,000-sf structural pre-cast concrete frame and the detention cell structure types consist of modular steel cell units, truss-built wall panel systems, and masonry walls.
