The design of this new 367-car, three and a half story parking garage utilizes pre-cast concrete columns, parapet walls and decks with micro-silica topping. The elevator shaft and stair tower incorporate the extensive use of glass and masonry. The design includes a pedestrian bridge that connects the parking facility to The Ohio State University Medical Center’s Cancer Research Center. In addition to the 97,000 square-foot garage and pedestrian bridge, the project included site work, new curbs, paving and sidewalks to remodel a portion of 12th Avenue.
